What do I need before paying?
You only need an email address and permission to use the photo. After payment, we email you for 1-3 clear photos, shipping name and address, phone number, and optional style notes.
When do I send my photos and shipping address?
After checkout, reply to your order email with the photos, delivery details, phone number, and any notes for the proof. We collect those details after payment to keep checkout short.
Is this a realistic portrait statue?
No. This is a stylized cartoon or chibi-style character figurine, not a photorealistic replica. It is designed as a personalized gift, not a professional likeness sculpture.
Do I approve the design before printing?
Yes. We send a cartoon character proof before printing, and one proof revision is included in the $79.90 founder slot.
How long does it take?
The estimated production and shipping window is about 10-18 days after proof approval, plus carrier transit time. Production starts after the proof is approved.
How much is shipping?
US shipping currently uses a fallback flat rate of $6.99 at checkout. For international or unusual destinations, shipping may need to be confirmed before production.
Can I order a celebrity, public figure, or branded character?
No. We only accept photos you have permission to use. We do not make celebrity, public figure, brand, trademark costume, or IP character replicas.
What happens if my photo is not usable?
We may ask for clearer photos before production. A clear front-facing photo with visible face and outfit details works best.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, a hosted payment processor. Your card details are entered on Dodo's secure checkout page and are not stored by Voxelyo.
What is your refund or replacement policy?
Because each figurine is custom-made, change-of-mind refunds are limited once proof work or production has started. If a delivered item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact support with photos and your order reference.
