UK Shipping: What's Available
Voxelyo ships to UK addresses via USPS International with Royal Mail final-mile delivery. Standard international shipping delivers in 10–21 business days after dispatch. Expedited options via DHL deliver in 5–8 business days.
Tracking: USPS tracking covers the US leg. Once the package enters the UK and transfers to Royal Mail, tracking continues via the Royal Mail reference number (a separate number that may appear in Royal Mail's tracking system).
Pop Mart operates a UK-specific site (popmartglobal.com/uk) that ships domestically within the UK, which eliminates international shipping and customs complexity for UK buyers. Check stock there first — particularly for core series that are available in most regions.
UK Customs: VAT and Duties Post-Brexit
Post-Brexit, all goods imported into the UK from outside the UK are subject to UK customs rules. For orders over £135: 20% UK VAT applies to the total including shipping cost. Additionally, a customs duty of approximately 4.7% applies to collectible figurines (commodity code classification).
UK carrier handling fee: Royal Mail or the courier handling UK customs charges a handling fee (typically £8–£12) in addition to the VAT and duty amounts. This is collected at delivery.

Minimizing Import Cost as a UK Buyer
Pop Mart UK direct: for figures available through Pop Mart's UK operations, buying domestically eliminates import VAT (it's included in the UK price) and removes customs friction. The selection may be narrower than the US store for some series.
UK collector groups: Facebook groups and Discord servers for UK Labubu collectors are active and often include UK-based resellers who have already cleared customs. Per-unit prices are higher but there's zero customs risk.
Consolidating orders: if buying multiple pieces internationally, combining into one order reduces the number of customs handling fees you pay. Five figures in one shipment pays one handling fee versus five separate shipments paying five.
