When to Expect Your Tracking Number
Voxelyo sends a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order is handed to the carrier — typically within 1–2 business days of order placement for in-stock items. If you placed your order and haven't received a shipping confirmation after 3 business days, check your spam folder and then contact customer service.
Tracking numbers may not show movement immediately after being issued. Carriers scan packages at multiple points — sometimes the first scan happens at the destination sorting facility rather than at pickup. Allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number before expecting live status updates.
Interpreting Common Tracking Statuses
'Label created / Pre-shipment': the tracking number exists but the package hasn't been scanned into the carrier's system yet. Normal for 12–48 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation.
'In transit': the package is moving through the carrier network. This is the expected status for most of the delivery window. Multiple 'In transit' scans are normal.
'Out for delivery': the package is on the delivery vehicle for today. Expect delivery that day during normal delivery hours (8 AM – 8 PM).
'Delivered': the carrier records delivery at this timestamp. If you don't have the package, check with household members, building management, or neighbors before contacting the seller — many 'missing' deliveries are left with a neighbor or in a different location on the property.
When Tracking Stops Updating
Occasional gaps in tracking updates are normal, especially during transit between regional facilities. A package that shows no update for 3–5 days during expected transit time is usually still moving — not lost.
If tracking shows no update for over 7 business days and the package hasn't been delivered: contact Voxelyo customer service. We can initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the package. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier — USPS traces typically resolve within 5–10 business days.
