Labubu as a Collectible vs a Toy
Labubu figures are designed as display collectibles, not play toys. The figures are hand-finished with detail that works best in a display context — on a shelf, desk, or in a collection. They're made for adults and older teens who collect and display figures, not for play.
Material Safety
Our figures are printed in Premium PLA — a plant-based, non-toxic 3D printing material. PLA is considered safe and does not emit harmful VOCs during normal handling. That said, the figures have small detail features and are not appropriate for children under 8.
The Adult Collector Audience
The vast majority of Labubu collectors are adults aged 18–35. The figures sit at the intersection of designer toy culture and collectible art — a space that's grown significantly in the US market since 2024. For this audience, the value is in the display, the craft, and the collector's connection to the design.
As a Gift for Teens or Young Adults
