If There's a Problem With Your Order
Every Labubu Studio order is quality-checked before shipping — but if a figure arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact support@voxelyo.com with your order reference and photos of the issue.
Problems caused by shipping damage or manufacturing defects are handled promptly. We'll work with you to make it right — replacement, refund, or resolution depending on the situation.
Email support is the fastest path. Include your order number in the subject line for fastest response.
What's Covered
Damaged on arrival: covered. If the figure arrived broken or significantly damaged due to shipping, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
Wrong item received: covered. If you received a different edition than ordered, contact support and we'll resolve it.
Quality issues (visible defects, finish problems): covered. Our quality check process is designed to prevent these — but if one slips through, we'll address it.
What's Not Covered
Change of mind after delivery: collectibles are generally final sale once fulfilled. If you're unsure about an edition, review the product page photos and specs carefully before ordering.
Damage from use or mishandling after delivery: covered by the care card guidelines but not eligible for return.
