Each Labubu Studio order includes the figure in protective packaging suitable for gifting, plus a care card with maintenance and display instructions.
The protective packaging is designed to hold the figure securely during shipping — foam inserts or molded packaging prevent movement and protect the hand-finished surface during transit.
Inspect the figure on arrival. If there's any shipping damage, document it with photos and contact support@voxelyo.com with your order number within 7 days.
First Steps After Unboxing
Remove the figure carefully from packaging. The hand-finished surface is durable but avoid gripping the figure tightly at fine detail points.
Find a display location before committing — hold the figure in a few candidate spots and evaluate how it looks in actual lighting conditions. Artificial versus natural light changes how the color reads.
Read the care card before placing the figure. Key takeaways: dust with a soft dry cloth, avoid direct sunlight, keep away from heat sources above 40°C.
The Hand-Finished Difference
Unlike injection-molded vinyl figures, hand-finished 3D prints have subtle surface texture variation that's normal and intentional — each figure is individually processed, so minor variation between pieces is expected.
The finishing process removes layer lines and creates a smooth display-ready surface. Up close, you may see fine finishing marks that are part of the hand-crafting process.
These subtle characteristics are features, not defects — they reflect the handcrafted nature of each piece.
