Packaging and Protection
Each Labubu figure ships in protective foam-padded packaging sized for the piece. We double-check every item before packing — no loose pieces, no paint scuffs from insufficient padding.
The outer box is a standard brown mailer box suitable for US transit. It's not a branded luxury unboxing, but it protects your figure reliably from carrier handling.
What's Inside Your Package
You'll receive: the Labubu figure you ordered (hand-finished, quality-checked), protective foam or tissue wrapping, and a small card with care and display tips.
The figure stands independently — no assembly required, no extra hardware.
Quality Check on Arrival
When you open the package, check: finish quality (no significant layer lines visible, smooth paint application), stability (stands without wobbling), and any transit damage.
If anything looks off — contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We replace pieces that don't meet quality standards. Transit damage claims require the original packaging, so keep the box until you're satisfied.
