Pop Mart standard Labubu: approximately 17cm tall, 8-9cm wide at the widest point (usually the ears), 6-7cm deep. Weight: 120-180g depending on the specific edition (vinyl density varies).
The ears are the widest and tallest feature — the figure's body is narrower than the ears suggest. Measuring ear-tip to ear-tip gives a different number than measuring the torso width.
3D Printed Alternative Dimensions (Labubu Studio)
Labubu Studio's PLA figures: 18cm tall, approximately 9cm wide, 7cm deep. Weight: 150-200g due to PLA's higher density vs hollow vinyl. The slightly greater weight gives a solid, substantial feel when handled.
Shipping box dimensions for a single figure: approximately 20x15x12cm (7.9x5.9x4.7 inches). Shipping weight with packaging: approximately 400g (about 0.9 lbs).
Display Footprint Planning
A 17-18cm Labubu needs a shelf depth of at least 8cm to stand stably without overhanging. Standard IKEA shelves (Billy bookcase) are 28cm deep — plenty of room. IKEA Detolf glass case shelves are 26cm deep — also fine.
For grouped displays: plan 12-14cm of horizontal space per figure to avoid a crowded look, or 8-10cm minimum if you're density-stacking. The ears are the limiting factor — they extend beyond the body width.
Travel and Shipping Considerations
If traveling with a Labubu: wrap the figure in bubble wrap (minimum 5cm padding on all sides) and pack it in carry-on rather than checked baggage. At 150-200g it won't count against weight limits. The ears are the most fragile part — they get dinged in luggage that shifts.
For international shipping: most services have minimum packaging requirements. The standard Labubu ships well in a 20x15x12cm double-wall box. Fragile stickers are worth adding — they don't prevent rough handling but reduce it statistically.
